We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or 3 to 4-week rotations. Choose the frequency that fits your home’s needs, maintenance preferences, and budget. Every service is customized and guaranteed.

Mops2marvelous™ cleaning contractors provide all of its cleaning products and equipment. The following is a list of products our cleaners use on regular basis:

All-purpose Cleaner: a versatile cleaner safe to use on any hard surface
Glass Cleaner: used on glass and mirrors for a streak-free shine
Peroxide Cleaner: brightens grout and tile without the harsh fumes of bleach
Degreaser: used in the kitchen for grease, dirt, grime – works better than “traditional” degreasers, without any of the harsh chemicals
Other Products: Soap and Water is our favorite cleaning duo. For wood floors we use very good mild cleaners, although When deeper cleaning is required, less environmentally friendly products may be used.

General cleaning consists of basic cleaning activities that include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc. This type of surface cleaning is performed on a weekly basis to maintain a level of cleanliness and hygiene in your home and offices.

Routine activities that happen during the general cleaning include:

Tidying and organized rooms convey order and comfort
Wiping mirrors and glass
Cleaning floors
Wiping surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms
Taking out the trash
General dusting

Deep Cleanings include the following:

– Clean all baseboards
– Vacuum all carpeted areas
– Mop all non-carpeted floors
– Clean bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, counters, tubs, showers, floors, and glass doors
– Wipe down mirrors
– Clean all kitchen surfaces, including the outside of cabinets
– Dust ceiling fans
– Wipe down glass and wooden tables and furniture
– Perform light dusting in the living room and bedrooms

No, we only need to be able to gain access to your home which can be done with a door code or key box. Of course being home is great, we love meeting our clients in person!

We’re pet-friendly! With that in mind, we need to be able to efficiently and safely do our job. We like to add instructions via email if you have a dog or cat family member or members. After all, we are coming into their home too! (describe if you have a dog or cat family member or members on the booking form for instruction response via email)

Yes, our company is fully insured for any loss or damage during cleaning.

Please provide 48 hours notice for reschedules or cancellations to avoid charges. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illnesses on a case-by-case basis. No fees are incurred if you reschedule within the same week.

We do not want you to clean before we come, however there are some simple steps to get the most out of your cleaning service. Ensure we have access to your home, disarm alarms, and tidy up to avoid extra charges. You might also choose to put away valuables to prevent accidents.

Your business is important to us and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation.

We pay our Cleaning contractors a fair wage, however, they work very hard and tips while not required are greatly appreciated. You can tip at time of service with cash (make sure to indicate it is a tip) or have it automatically added to cleaning cost
